The Marinara Oven has a 80×80 cm cooking chamber with optional stainless steel trolley with shelf, wheels and hook to hang tools.
 
It also has a fire tool, flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, closing door for the cooking chamber.
 
The fire surface is high quality refractory chamotte, perfect for food use. The internal structure of the Rosso Marinara Oven is stainless steel, while the external one is electrogalvanized steel treated.
 
In addition, this has paints at high temperature for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently. This helps to avoid the external structure from becoming too hot.
