BURNERS - A GAS BARBECUE WITH A CHARCOAL SOUL

Direct radiant heat of up to 900 °C for hot searing over the roasting burner or 100 to 500 °C with a choice of, direct or indirect heat on the large grilling surface - with the three infrared burners of Block C and Block D, the cooking possibilities are endless. The advantage of infrared burners is, they get to temperature very quickly. The burners radiate heat across the entire surface of the grill and convection means that hot air surrounds the food being grilled. Thus, the food is gently cooked at high power and remains juicy and aromatic while reaching absolute perfection.

Variability

Block C and Block D are equipped with an integrated roasting zone, which allows the rapid roasting of food and, with the use of pans too. The matching accessories are a Teppanyaki griddle, wok, pizza stone and rotisserie along with other various accessories, including a smoking board and side shelves.

THE PRINCIPLE IS AS SIMPLE AS IT IS IMPRESSIVE: TASTE IS EVERYTHING.

We have arranged the burners of the Flammkraft barbecues so that dripping liquids do not reach the burners but are instead collected in a drip tray. This helps to prevent the unhealthy formation of smoke. Additionally, this arrangement ensures a calm and flavourful barbecuing experience. The 600°C heat from the burners distributes evenly across the entire surface of the grates, while the convection of hot air envelops the food. This ensures the full expression of flavour in the barbecued food, allowing for gentle cooking at high power while keeping the food juicy, aromatic, and perfectly cooked.

ROASTING – SOMETIMES, MORE REALLY IS BETTER.

We have integrated a roasting zone into most of our barbecues. To achieve maximum roasting performance, a burner is positioned horizontally directly beneath the grill grate in this section of the barbecue. This generates temperatures of up to 900°C above the burner. Models featuring a roasting zone are particularly versatile, allowing you to add a deliciously crisp crust to your barbecued food or gently cook larger cuts over the main grilling area. Since the heat is directed from below, you can even place a pan there. The roasting zone can also be used with the Flammkraft teppanyaki plate. A multitude of possibilities ensures you, your friends, family, or clients consistently achieve high-quality grilling results.

BURNERS – A GAS BARBECUE WITH THE HEART OF A CHARCOAL GRILL.

Direct radiant heat of up to 900°C for intense searing over the roasting burner or 100 to 500°C with a choice of direct or indirect heat on the large grilling surface – with the three infrared burners of the Block C and Block D, the cooking possibilities are endless.

CAST GRILL GRATES – SOLID AND STAINLESS STEEL.

Rich, dark brown grill marks are the hallmark of quality! That’s why, when developing our solid cast stainless steel grates, we placed particular emphasis on ensuring they produce perfect branding on barbecued food.

STAINLESS STEEL – EXPERTLY CRAFTED.

For our barbecues, we use only solid stainless-steel components. Furthermore, we have equipped the lid and tank with double walls. The plates, up to 3 mm thick, provide additional durability and optimal thermal properties. The stainless-steel parts of the Flammkraft barbecues are extremely robust and easy to clean.

BARBECUING CAN BE MESSY – STAY CALM.

Ever since barbecuing began, cleaning the equipment has been an undesirable task. When designing our products, we prioritise developing solutions that make cleaning easier.

SEALED SURFACES, ROBUST MATERIALS, AND REMOVABLE PARTS.

We have carefully considered how to manage fat and liquid runoff. These do not drip onto the burners but instead flow via discharge plates into a large, six-litre stainless steel bowl. Once barbecuing is complete, the tray, discharge plates, and splash guards can be easily removed and cleaned.

SOME THINGS ARE BEST KEPT OUT OF SIGHT.

This applies, for example, to a standard 8 – 13 kg gas cylinder, which is securely housed in the base of the Flammkraft barbecues. Smooth-running telescopic pull-outs provide easy access to the Block D for opening, closing, and replacing the cylinder quickly. Side trays and other accessories can be conveniently stored in the base when the barbecue is not in use. The bases of the Flammkraft barbecues feature smooth-running castors, allowing effortless movement on level surfaces. These are completely enclosed within the panelling, making them brilliantly invisible to the eye.
